DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?
No.
Alcohol must be supplied by the client, venue or licensed beverage provider and served in accordance with applicable liquor requirements.
Wild Hearts Burro Social provides the burro experience, beverage panniers/coolers and wrangler.
WHAT CAN THE BURROS CARRY?
Our burros can carry canned or bottled beverages, non-alcoholic refreshments, snacks, favours, flowers and other lightweight event items appropriate for their panniers.
CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN FLOWERS?
Absolutely.
We're happy to attach your florist's or client-provided florals to our equipment at no additional charge.
CAN YOU PROVIDE FLORALS?
Yes.

Indoor bookings depend on suitable flooring, access, available space, venue approval and the comfort of our animals.
WHAT ABOUT... BURRO BUSINESS?
We've got it covered.
Your wrangler discreetly manages manure collection throughout the experience so you and your guests don't have to worry about it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
The comfort and safety of our animals always comes first.
Extreme heat, storms, wildfire smoke, unsafe road conditions or other circumstances may require us to adjust, postpone or reschedule an experience.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes!
Travel within our standard service area is included.
Travel beyond approximately 40 km is quoted individually based on distance and event location.
HOW EARLY SHOULD WE BOOK?
The earlier, the better — especially for weddings and summer weekends.
We intentionally limit the number of Wild Hearts Burro Social events we attend to ensure our animals receive plenty of downtime between adventures.

Every Wild Hearts Burro Social experience includes an experienced Freedom Equine wrangler who remains alongside our burro throughout the event, managing guest interactions, equipment and animal care.
Weather, temperature, terrain, noise, crowd size, travel and event duration are all considered before and during every booking.
Our animals receive breaks, water and rest whenever they need it.
We want your guests to have an incredible experience.
But we want our burros to have a pretty great day, too.
